Meet Chef Carlyle Bain
Executive Sous Chef Carlyle M. Bain brings a rich international background to Beach Terrace, drawing from culinary experiences in the Bahamas, London, and Italy. He has launched restaurants for renowned restaurateur Claudio Pulze and served as Sous Chef at the London Hilton Metropole. A graduate of Westminster Kingsway College, Chef Bain is passionate about blending global flavors with fresh, high-quality ingredients to create an exceptional dining experience. His work has been recognized in The Sunday Times, Time Out London, and Hardens. When not in the kitchen, he enjoys dining out, soccer, and time with family and friends.
